Paul joined NCN Electric as our CEO in November of 2020. Paul holds the responsibility of ensuring NCN’s positive workplace while providing unparalleled service to its customers. With his 20 years of leadership experience, Paul brings with him an unprecedented visionary, a change leader, and communicator to NCN Electric.

Clayton Doing
Vice President of Operations
Clayton has a lifetime of experience in the electrical industry as a multi-generational electrician. His earliest experiences are in the field. Clayton has worked on everything; from small fixes to hi-rise constructions he knows every detail. His extensive background and knowledge allows NCN Electric to offer competitive proposals in various niche markets.

Rose Beck
Office Manager
Rose is the glue that holds everything together and is a long hauler here at NCN. Joining in 1998, Rose brings her 25 years of excellence in the administration, management and financial aspects of NCN.

David Hutcherson
Pre-Construction Development Manager
Originally from Kentucky, David holds a BS from the University of Louisville and over 25 years of career experience in the electrical industry – But David has been exposed to the industry much longer. As a second-generation electrician, he started helping his father on projects as a young child, and quickly advanced. David oversees Preconstruction and Estimating departments and strategizes NCN’s calculated growth and development plan.

Project Manager
As a graduate of West Liberty University, Ciarra’s strong background in general contracting and hospital construction offers a wealth of knowledge to NCN Electric, Inc. With this, Ciarra is able to maximize project scheduling, communicate clearly with ownership and general contractors, and a strong focus on safety.

Steve Bell
Project Manager
Steve joined our team here at NCN Electric in 2003. He brings vast knowledge to any project from his 30 amazing years of electrical construction. Steve specializes in large commercial and institutional projects.

Peter Galvan
Senior Project Manager
A licensed electrician, certified in Business Management from the University of North Carolina, a veteran from 1989-1995 serving as a E4 Specialist in the Army in Desert Storm, Desert Shield, Panama, and Somalia, as well as a seasoned Project Manager with diverse experience spanning more than 25 years, Peter is an asset to NCN’s operations team. For the past 16 years, Peter’s experience has been in multi-family and hospitality construction including garden style projects, high-density, mixed use, and high-rises.

Allen Wilder
Senior Estimator
Allen is NCN’s Senior Estimator with a career of over 30+ years in the industry and possesses a Journeyman’s license. Allen started in the field in high school and received an AA in CADD and BS in Project Management from ITT Technical Institute. Allen is very familiar with all aspects of project implementation with experience in estimating, preconstruction, project management, safety, and project closeout. Allen also has advanced knowledge of design assist solutions and value engineering.

Cristian Doing
Estimator
Joining NCN Electric in 2022 as an Estimating Coordinator, Cristian has developed his knowledge in the electrical industry quickly moving into an Estimating role. Cristian is a third-generation electrician and has a strong desire to advance even further. Cristian is an avid soccer fan (football in most countries) and has played for the Olympic Development Team for the US.
