King Plastic Expansion Warehouse

Now with the approval in June of the 100,800 square-foot warehouse expansion we are working with Atlas Building Company to complete this new project, and help one of the largest private manufacturing employer of North Port continue to grow.

Gerald Adams Elementary School – Key West, FL

Starting next week we will be sending a crew down to Key West to start construction on our newest school project, Gerald Adams Elementary. We will be working together with Ajax Building Corporation to provide Monroe County with a state-of-the-art 21st century learning facility. The school will meet the USGBC Green School Building specifications, while having the highest Green Globes certification possible.

Our team is gearing up this week to build this new 91,000 sq ft elementary adjacent to the current school as this project will be ongoing throughout the school year, the new addition will be built to hold 635 students. Once the new school is built the old school will be demolished and the land redeveloped into a bus loop.
